In 2016 Motorola Solutions has launched a project of strengthening and developing its sales network. They were looking for a partner that could encourage participants to contact new clients and those from the industries where they have rarely been present. In order to do that it was necessary to work on improving communication skills, managing communication with a difficult client, dealing with different personalities, negotiating and learn how to efficiently use a meeting to boost your sales.
In the first two years, the first 6 participants of that program have not only succeeded in expanding their portfolio and shortening the duration of meetings, but they’ve also managed to move to better positions within their organizations using the knowledge and experience they gained. Some have used this experience to improve the quality of their lives by balancing their private and professional life, while others have continued to thrive in other companies and on higher positions.
Despite being from competing companies, the participants of the program have developed a high level of mutual trust, respect and competitive spirit which also had a great impact on business results of each individual.
To this day, more than 200 partners have gone through this program and all its modified versions, including the employees at Motorola Solutions which operates across Europe, Africa and Middle East.
